Mr Frederick Tertius Squire O'Donnell and Mr Thomas Lwslie Griffin vision was to create a busineess that specialised in the installation of dynamos and generators for industry.

Mr FTS
Mr Griffin left the business and the company came under the control of Mr FTS. The company became know as one to tackle the difficult and complex jobs.

ODG Family
Mr Griffin was passionate for selecting good people who would grow with the company and become part of the the ODG family.
Through two world wars; the great depression; numerous recessions etc ODG operated successfully. The common denomiator was the quality of staff.
